Cashlix Privacy Policy

Cashlix is a Telegram-based service for monitoring public Solana wallets, receiving blockchain activity alerts, managing tracked wallets, and accessing supported non-custodial features.

Information We Collect

Cashlix may collect Telegram user and chat identifiers, public Solana wallet addresses you choose to track, subscription and plan information, Telegram Stars payment and subscription identifiers, referral information, public blockchain transaction data, basic service and security usage information, and Stripe customer or subscription identifiers when an external Stripe billing flow is used.

Cashlix does not ask for or store your seed phrase or private keys.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide wallet tracking and Telegram alerts, maintain your tracked-wallet list, manage subscription access and plan limits, support referral features, operate and secure Cashlix, and provide supported non-custodial transaction workflows.

Public Blockchain Information

Solana wallet addresses and blockchain transactions are public. Cashlix may retrieve and process this public information to provide monitoring and alert services.

Payments

Digital subscriptions purchased inside Telegram are processed with Telegram Stars. Cashlix stores payment identifiers and subscription state needed to provide access, support renewals, cancellations, and refunds, and prevent duplicate fulfillment. External website billing may use Stripe; Cashlix does not store full credit or debit card information.

Third-Party Services

Cashlix may use third-party providers, including Telegram and Telegram Stars, Stripe for external billing where applicable, Solana infrastructure providers, blockchain API providers, and hosting services. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate Cashlix, maintain account and billing records, protect the service, comply with applicable obligations, and resolve disputes.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information handled by Cashlix. No online system can guarantee complete security.

Non-Custodial Service

Cashlix is designed to be non-custodial. Users maintain control of their own wallets and funds. Never provide your seed phrase or private key to Cashlix or anyone claiming to represent Cashlix.

Your Choices

You may stop tracking wallets or stop using Cashlix at any time. You may also request deletion of account-related information controlled by Cashlix, subject to legal, security, billing, and operational retention requirements.

Age Requirement

Cashlix is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Cashlix changes. The latest version will be made available through the official Cashlix service or website.
